Becoming a professional Bidan is not an easy journey.
Professionalism is not measured only by years of experience. More importantly, every care technique must go through proper learning, verification and assessment.
Even Bidans with 10 years of experience are still required to attend structured training and pass both theory and practical assessments to ensure their skills meet the standard of iBidan Master Care Program.
This time, the iBidan team completed a 6-day 4-night Master Care Professional Enhancement Program.
The program covered key areas including pelvis care, diastasis recti care, breast care, intimate care, theory learning, case analysis, practical technique verification, official examination and professional assessment.
At iBidan, experience does not replace evaluation.
Every familiar technique still needs to be reviewed and verified to ensure that the method, care process and professional standard remain consistent across the platform.
Behind every certificate, there is more than 6 days and 4 nights of learning. It also represents the willingness to learn again, to be assessed and to continue improving professional skills.
At iBidan, we believe true professionalism is not proven by experience alone. It is also shown through continuous learning and the willingness to have one’s skills tested, verified and improved.
