She is very responsible and kind. She did the massage perfectly well and professional. She also answers all my questions regarding postnatal and baby care. My baby has colic and she even spent extra time to help my baby with massage to make him feel better. Kak Sarah is very kind and patience. I recently have a 14 days postnatal massage with the experienced Bidan Shila, and it was an amazing experience! Her technique really eased my tension, especially in my back and shoulders. After the massage, I felt an incredible sense of relief and relaxation. As a first time mum, there’s a lot of things to research and decide on. Went to baby fair and saw CK Bidan. Staffs there were very sincere and there was free trial for us to try. No hardselling at all. Ended up choosing CK Bidan, now known as iBidan. Signed their 10 days Yinpayu package and was assigned to Bidan Shima. She’s super friendly and her skills was excellent and on point. Before my first appointment, had engorgement and I message her. She called me to guide me through and told me to stay calm. True enough, my engorgement was relieved. Enjoyed my 10 massage sessions with her and she was ever ready to answer my queries as I was a first time mum. She also always assure me that I am doing good and stay calm and enjoy the process of motherhood, don’t be stress which I appreciate it a lot! Bidan Shima is highly recommended and will introduced her to my family members or friends that needs pre or post natal massage :) Will also sign a few more times with iBidan.

I signed up for the 9-day Master Care postnatal package with Bidan Hazz, which included 60-minute relaxing session. Each session was deeply soothing and really supported my recovery journey. Hazz is professional, caring, and always shares useful postnatal tips that gave me more confidence as a new mummy. I could truly see the results after completing the sessions. I took the 7 days postnatal master care package and was assigned to Hazz for the treatment. I couldn’t have asked for another person to assisted me in my postnatal journey. She was always helping me with my concerns be it breastfeeding and lactating which she assisted by doing a breast massage using ABE product which is included in the sweet almond oil and also the shaping cream she use to help with my sore and clogged breast really help a lot with my issues. She even showed me how to assist my baby by doing a baby massage to ease his discomfort of having too much gas or constipation. She was always giving me tips and tricks on how to speed up my recovery and my number one issue which was lactating. I never thought I would go back to my pre pregnancy body immediately after the package ended. I know my package ended, but I’ll definitely be getting more massage session from her til my confinement ends

She ensured I would be well taken care of by another professional, especially since I was experiencing some soreness. I also booked an additional a la carte prenatal massage to experience her skills, and it was absolutely worth it. Bidan Hazz was gentle and attentive throughout the session.
